On August 2, I was weighed in and my body fat percentage was calculated...DRUM ROLL PLEASE...
I weigh 135 lbs and have 19% body fat! My goal at the end of the challenge is to have 17-17.5% body fat. I am not looking for a dramatic change in weight but rather to gain muscle.
Since my schedule has been wacky these past couple days I haven't been following the meal plan exactly but am still trying to eat as clean as possible.
For example today for lunch I had turkey, a half avocado, and some brown rice. And for dinner I had an egg white omelet with mushrooms. Normally, I would've gone for the cheesy potatoes left in the fridge so I'm starting off good!
However, the cottage cheese is not for me and will see what alternative I can eat instead of eating it because I just was not a fan.
Anyways, if you started a healthy lifestyle and needed tips just ask :)
