Monday: Run/ Pilates (blogilates)
Tuesday: Lift/Strength Train (Arm)
Wednesday: HIIT
Thursday: Run/ Pilates (blogilates)
Friday: Lift/Strength Train (Back)
Saturday: Run/ Pilates (blogilates)
Now as you can probably tell I do not have a listed Rest Day. This is because at any point of the week I could get super busy causing me to need a rest day. I will use my rest day on a day where I am running and doing Pilates because I do not want an overuse injury! (I run track in the spring)
You probably all know what blogilates is but if you don't her name is Casey Ho and she makes POP Pilates videos on her YouTube channel! They are super fun and I highly recommend trying out her videos!
Update on 90 day challenge: I do not know if I mentioned this in another post but I got injured this cross country season in my feet causing me to have to stop running for three weeks. I discontinued doing the challenge because I did not want to feel discouraged in the middle of my season if I was getting off track.
