Hello loves! So August 2, 2014 I am starting the 90 day challenge with my gym! I am doing a transformation challenge which is for people who don't have weight they want to lose, but who want to tone up. I am personally SUPER excited for the challenge to start!
I am going to be doing the 90 day challenge meal plan by Blogilates but I will NOT be following her workout calendar. I currently am in cross country and will be going to those practices along with my additional training. I will be giving you guys updates on my transformation as well as how I am adjusting the meal plan to fit my dietary needs. Since I run a lot, I do need more carbs so I will be eating brown rice if I feel like I need more.
